Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't I proceed to check out after I've selected my goods?

This might be because you have not selected which country you want your goods to be delivered to.  Select your delivery destination from the drop down list, then your postal costs can be calculated and you can click through to check out.

Why is the cost of my purchase higher than the listed price?

Charges for packaging and postal costs are added to your order.  If you purchase multiple items the postal costs will be adjusted accordingly.  You will see the cost of delivery as you place your order and again at Checkout.

Alternatively it might be because you have selected more than one item - check your basket to make sure the correct number of goods have been ordered.

My card has been declined, what can I do?

You will need to check with your card provider.  All payments are processed through PayPal and they carry out electronic checks on all transactions.  Site Gallery cannot accept payments directly that have been declined online.

Can you guarantee the delivery time of my purchase or can you deliver it faster?

We will do our utmost to get your goods to you within our stated time.  If you require immediate or guaranteed delivery you should contact us (as below) and we will let you know if this is possible - it may be subject to higher postal costs.

If I am not happy with my goods can I return them?
